Probably the best ice cream in Charlotte. They have several locations and you can’t go wrong visiting any of them. I got a Standard (1/2 and 1/2 scoop) of Darkest Chocolate and Brown Butter Almond Toffee. Both were delicious. However, the Brown Butter Almond Toffee is next level. Definitely one of the best ice cream flavors I’ve ever had.

Nothing says love quite like Jeni’s, unless it’s three scoops of Jeni’s. Superb ice cream, great customer service - every single time.

First time visiting... Ice cream was tasty, the staff seemed less than interested in my being there. They were both a bit offish to my daughter and I.

My boyfriend and I LOVE !! And I mean LOVE jenis !! Best ice cream so far in charlotte in my opinion. I never ordered from store, but I am a big fan of it cuz of door dash. During quarantine, this is definitely something yummy and all there flavor options gives us a reason to keep getting so we can try it all lol.
