Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

I was attempting to ask the liberal looking chick with the glasses who did not seem busy for a sample, without even letting me finish asking she interrupted me telling me she (her co-worker who was busy) will be with me in a second." Just rude by the tone of her voice. I came here for ice cream not an additude. Consider taking your money elsewhere.

I took my parents here for ice cream while they were visiting, and they amazed at the flavour options, especially the St. Louis style gooey butter cake flavour! Small seating area, but a nice addition to your walk around the mall.

DELICIOUS!!!!! Best ice cream ever, if you can't find a flavor at Jeni's you like, then you are likely not going to ever find it. The Goat Cheese Cherry is out of this world, recommend you try it. The staff always greets with s smile and willing to provide samples of anything you want to try. If you don't like Cherry, go for the Savannah Mint. Highly recommend!

If there is ever a line, its worth the wait! It's not only awesome because it's local, it is hands-down the creamiest, richest, flavorful ice cream in the city! Ask for a taste test of anything you are unsure of before you order a bowl or cone. And YES you ALWAYS want the complimentary waffle slice!

Lovely flavors. The fragrance hits you right when you walk in. The frosé sorbet is the best one!

Jeni's is just so expensive. Over $5 for two small scoops seems absurd. The location was good. Friendly informed staff. Quick service.

Good ice cream flavor but the wait was the longest I ever experienced at any hard ice cream. Not sure it's worth the price either. 5 dollars for 1 scoop is more than Mitchell's and other places I have gone.

Pretty good ice cream. Not a fan of the long line and wait, but I was satisfied with the overall experience. I'm no connoisseur by any stretch, and ice cream is just ice cream. Delicious.

First Time here but not new to Jeni's. Tried it in Atlanta in May and loved it. So glad to find it here in Columbus. I love in Connecticut and they don't sell the flavor I like at whole foods. Servers were great.

Jeni's is top notch ice cream! The pistachio honey is my favorite of all ice creams, I'm also quite fond of goat cheese & cherry!Jeni's is wayyy too expensive though!

Amazing creamy goodness! I got a scoop of Honey Vanilla Bean and a scoop of Wildebrry Lavender! It was the perfect combination! Lots of flavors and friendly staff!

Everytime I visit Columbus I try to make a trip to Jeni's, it's one of the best ice creams I ate in the US. The service is fantastic and it is family and vegan friendly :)
