Lunch menu was amazing. Never had broth like that before. The seaweed one is great for people who don’t like meat, but the meat just melts in your mouth.

The veal Ramyun has a flavorful thick broth that’s not too overpowering, but I think you’ll need to order something else like uni add into the noodle to make it tasty, the fungi and the meat come with the noodle is not that good. The chicken wings were over fried and not seasoned well, I’ve had better Popeyes and KFC fried chicken. The pork ramyun has a ok, typical tonkatsu flavor but the chunky pork belly is way too chewy and chunky.. I hope the quality is better on a non-holiday season.. overall, the food does not live up to the one star Michelin status
