Jefferson's is your neighborhood sports bar and restaurant specializing in wings, burgers and oysters! The Original Jefferson's Restaurant opened in Jacksonville, AL. on September 15, 1991. Jefferson's was an immediate hit. People loved the huge juicy burgers, fresh gulf oysters and world famous wings. Over the next 8 years Jefferson's expanded its menu and developed a dedicated "cult" like following. In 1999, Jeff partnered up with long time employee and friend Sean McCooey to expand the Jefferson's brand. We opened our second store location in June of 2000 in Lawrence, Kansas then Rome, GA in 2004 and Gadsen, AL in 2006. That same year, loyal Rome customers Patti and Jim Grindstaff approached us about opening a Jefferson's of their own. We opened our first franchise in Belleville, IL. Soon the franchise bug bit, the concept caught on and thanks to our loyal customers, we now have 22 Jefferson's in 5 different states and continue to grow.

This is the best Jefferson’s location I’ve ever been to. The food was soo good! Our waitress was super friendly as well. The food didn’t take long to come out either. Even my mom, who is the worlds pickiest eater, said it was good! Would recommend this place to anyone.

It's aight. The wings were a little fatty and could've been cooked longer. The oysters were tiny. I ordered the "Jefferson" and the jalapeños served on top were actually bigger than the oysters themselves. At $12.99 for 6 ("Market price") I was expecting a little more. The service was friendly and fast but they weren't crowded so not sure if that's normal but seemed so. The IPA I had was delicious and $4 :)
