Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten presents his signature world-renowned cuisine to Roppongi Hills with JG Tokyo, which showcases the freshest local and seasonal food from Tsukiji Fish Market and the surrounding areas. JG Tokyo, situated on one of the most prominent and cosmopolitan streets in Tokyo, Keyakizaka-dori, seats 34 guests, with 14 exclusive counter seats. Jean-Georges presents a Omakase Kaiseki experience, as well as an a la carte menu for dinner. For lunch JG Tokyo is offering a prix fixe, as well as a la carte dining. Diners have the option of sitting in front of an ultra-modern exhibition style open kitchen, or in our intimate salon. Chef de Cuisine Fumio Yonezawa trained directly as a Sous-Chef under Chef Jean-Georges at his flagship, Jean-Georges, New York City. Stairs surround artist Reiko Sudo's light fabric sculpture leading to the intimate dining salon upstairs. A subtle palette of sand stone, washed and tanned wood and textured leather, complemented by Herve Descottes' lighting, the Gwenal Nicolas design introduces Jean-Georges vision to Tokyo.

Food was ok. Dessert was too sweet by Japanese standards. Staffs were moderately nice but perhaps lacking in English skills.
