Jazz+Soju

Wonderful spot near McHenry Row. Fantastic Korean food for a decent price. The restaurant's atmosphere has a nice jazzy relaxing vibe.

The atmosphere was pretty cool, I’d call it new wave industrial or “hipster”. The wait staff was great. We got the wings which were amazingly crip. I made the mistake of getting spicy wings (I have a low tolerance for spicy food) mixed half and half with regular wings. The spicy wings were too spicy for me. My mouth was dying. The bulgogi dish my boyfriend got was awesome. We had some top notch drinks and overall it was a great night.

This was a great choice for restaurant week. The person at the front podium seated us immediately and our waiter was not to far behind. All of the food was delicious. I would definitely come back.

Wow the Jazz+Soju wings were great. I really enjoyed the spicy ones. I did a carryout order during COVID19. The owner’s were very nice and showed gratitude for the support of the restaurant. Will visit again.

Great restaurant. Came in with 9 people and we were served very well. Highly recommend for a chill night with friends.

Sorry but Jazz Soju was WAY below average at this visit. JAEYOOK BOKUM ($22) was like shoe leather w/ greasy veggies and cold rice. I could get better Asian food at 1,000 Baltimore carry-outs for a lot less money. They better get this kitchen in order to match their prices. The ambiance and staff is great.

Pretty deplorable experience, I was refused service and was called the cops on for requesting to correct my order. I hope it was not racially motivated although I am AA and being that the owner stated very vehemently I was "not her kind of customer(s)" it's difficult not to.

Came here for restaurant week last night and everything was amazing!! All 5 courses we're absolutely delicious especially the wings! Service was impeccable! We will be returning very soon for more wings and brussel sprouts :)

Love this place! Been here so many times I cannot keep the tally. Best korean style double fried wings in town. They come original or spicy. Spicy is a good kick but won't make you regretting things the following morning. Went again last night for Valentine's Day dinner, there was a special menu for the evening. The menu was phenomenal, completely blew it out of the water. Food was delicious and something we had not tried yet. It was a four course menu that started with avocado salad then went to salmon roll, surf and turf, then dessert (peach melba).

Everything was very tasty. Shots were really good, order of preference: aloe, lychee, lemon... strawberry was too sweet but OK. Braised beef ribs were very tender, could of used a lil more seasoning but still pretty tasty. Try the brussels if you like spicy sweet. The matcha dessert was good but not the rice coating that was on them to make them into half globes; they didn't add anything to them and should just be scoops of the ice cream alone. Food was great and service was amazing, appreciated the advice during ordering and everyone's attentiveness!

Had a great time eating here. Owners and staff are very friendly in conversation and in ordering. I definitely recommend the wings!

Chicken wings (soy garlic) are awesome. Got a bottle of soju as well (12 oz), which is enough to give you a buzz. Overall nice place. Did not come during live jazz but they have jazz playing on the radio, which adds to the ambience.

The ambiance was great, and the was excellent. Great service. We tried the korean fried chicken breast, and it was to die for. The chicken was tender and moist yet super crispy on the outside but not greasy. I would highly recommend this place

Awesome place to grab drinks and dinner. Very good customer service. Definitely recommend the double fried chicken and sizzling kalbi!
