My family and I have never been to NC and decided to eat at Jason's Deli. I feel like the customer service should be on point at any restaurant but even more so at the airport. Business people, families, and any traveler are already stressed out, press for time, exhausted, overwhelmed and this list could go on. I also work in retail and pride myself on providing excellent customer service. The food was great but the attitude that was given left a bad taste in my mouth. HERE'S A TIP FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES, "TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THE WAY YOU WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED".

Really unfortunate. Slow, not polite, disorganized. And the food was not Jason’s Deli usual quality.

Stopped at the Jason's Deli in RDU for a sandwich. Got the Chicken Panini. It was excellent with really tasty pesto on the bread and chicken.

I went to their deli already in a bit of a bad mood. My flight was uncomfortable and my ears still won’t pop. I went there figuring si could order a sandwich for lunch, originally opting for a Reuben, I realized it was 1000 calories, and instead chose a ranchero wrap with no pico (I’m allergic to tomatoes). After ordering my nearly 10 dollar wrap, I waited for at least 15 minutes waiting for my food to be made. They forgot to make it. So after another 5 minutes I receive my wrap. With pico.

Horrible food and somehow worse customer service. I should have left when dealing with the woman at the counter, she acted like a prisoner of war, didn't even look at me while mumbling as little as possible. Nothing melted on my tuna melt, cold toast with cold mix. The "cook" just said that's the way they make it and didn't offer anything more, turned away abruptly. I strongly recommend you stay away from this location which only has customers because they have lots of traffic and we never come back. I hope I don't get food poisoning...

My meal was prepared quickly, the staff was helpful and the pricing was decent, considering the airport setting. The area could be cleaner and they could have a little bit more space, but this is pretty good for an airport restaurant. Not as good as the restaurants that are outside of the airport, but this was decent for me. Thank you!

We ordered a egg sandwich. While eating we noticed our egg white was GREEN!!! My dad went to the counter to ask them why it’s green and with attitude the lady just asked for our receipt to give us a refund. However, she had complete attitude and didn’t even apologize for the food that was in our opinion molding!! This guy (manager/or cook, not sure) came out and he apologized after he heard what had happened. Food was also cold! Definitely a waste of money!

Horrible service. Rude cashiers with no people skills. Manager was nice. The food Does not look very appetizing, even for airport food.

Dining room is shared with Five Guys. Clean tables, busy, but not overly so. Food is good and did not take too long to get prepared. For airport food, it's a so-so value, but one of the healthier options.

I love Jason's. But this time it was a major disappointment. It was tasteless and lacking everything that makes Jason's great. Granted it is the airport. But have some employees with pride in their work.

It is ok but definitely not as nice, good, or with close to as many options as a non-airport Jason's Deli.
