Japanese Restaurant Miyake

Delicious, fresh, authentic, and beautifully presented. We didn't have much time so we ordered a la carte. They have a fantastic sake menu with a helpful chart to make the right selection. Service was prompt and pleasant. I would definitely come back.

The eye for detail on food, service and setting is great. Without being stiff the waiters are impeccable, keeping an eye out at all times but staying in the background, unnoticed until they're needed. Sashimi and sushi were the best I've had in Holland. Amazing quality and presentation. Want to come back for 1 of the menu's and for more sake.

We had a 5 course meal here. The sake selection is great and the decor (modern section of the restaurant) is very cozy and beautiful.The service is great but one of the courses which was Sashimi can be better. It's a good place to go if you would like to try different Japanese dishes that are from different regions. The presentation of the dishes is very creative.

Authentic and delicious. High quality and excellent service. Not overpriced but also not a value deal—you get what you pay for. Cozy and personal. Ideal for a special occaison but you want something more personal and down to earth than Yamazato (another excellent Japanese resturant nearby).

Really excellent presentation and quality of ingredients. I swapped the beef steak course for toro for a few euros extra and it was pretty incredible.

Best Japanese restaurant in Amsterdam. Excellent service and quality. Booking is a must, it's popular for all the right reasons. Be prepared to pay for the quality, this is not some cheap 'all you can eat' place.

A wonderful restaurant with Very high standard of quality. Nice and enjoyable meal. Every course was quite impressive, especially the soup in a teapot. The design and taste are good. But the chopsticks are not handy and environmentally friendly.
