The overall appearance of the restaurant was cozy, order an alcoholic beverage as well as the crispy brussel sprouts. The waitress was courteous and the the order was processed quickly. Brussel sprouts showed up piping hot and crispy, with a light sprinkle of parmesan flakes.Waitress brought out some garlic powder as I asked for fresh garlic, it was a nice gesture.Overall very delicious and would recommend as one of the better recipes I've had.Thumbs up on the dish..

I didn't eat here. I just had a double of Proper Twelve and it tasted the same as it does anywhere. The bartender was nice and on point. The prices were airporty.

Had the tequila burger with tots, which was ok. The Stella and quick service made up the difference.

Nice no frills restaurant inside "A" terminal of Norfolk Int'l Airport.  We received amicable & efficient service from Lakisha. It's a good start to a long journey.

I travel a lot so I like to rate airport bars. James River is a great place to relax before or between flights, the staff is courteous, the food is good and the drinks are great. It's also convenient to all American/southwest gates. If ur coming through Norfolk and have the time, give it a try.

Overpriced airport restaurant. Decent selection of brews and food. Most certainly a place that if skipped, you wouldn't miss out on anything.

Very nice setting, hard to tell you are in an airport. Food was basic but good. Would come here again. Lunch menu serves burgers, chicken, and other basic sandwiches.

Nice place to wait for a flight.
