It’s your typical Chinese fair. Food was hot and fast. Was not anything extraordinary. If you eat Chinese food often it’s exactly what you expect it to be. Got orange beef and egg drop soup this time. The restaurant appears clean and staff is friendly.

This place is becoming my fav Chinese food place in Leesburg. The food is always fresh and good quality. Would highly recommend!

Ordered take out, food was OK, except the fried rice. The fried rice was just white rice with soy sauce.

Excellent prices especially for lunch. Food is good and establishment is clean.

The worst American Chinese food I have ever had. My son and I were both grossed out by the food and left after only a couple of bites from the two dishes we were planning on sharing. Disgusting is an understatement! Can’t we give 0 stars.

I have tried all of the Chinese food places in Leesburg and James Cafe continues to be the best.

I really like this place for takeout Chinese. It's the best in town from what I tried. It's very fast when you order and get it delivered and it's always super hot and fresh. It even stays crispy when it gets to you. The ingredients are good, for example the pieces of chicken actually are real chicken. Good service also. Recommended!

In my opinion this is The Best Chinese food in Loudoun county.....to say it is flavorless is Insane, there are so many tastes in a Chinese restaurant to have only steamed dumplings or fried rice is silly. One must have the combination Noodle Soup or The king pal chicken or the sesame beef , to have an honest feel for the restaurant.

Ordered take out for 5 people and we were all so disappointed with the food. I ordered mai fun and while there was lots of noodles there was barely any meat. All the food had a fishy flavor to it. The "fried rice" is just white rice with soy sauce. The vegetables were very over cooked so they were very soft and mushy and also found paint chips in it. Ordered egg rolls and received spring rolls instead. General tso chicken was in some kind of liquid and therefore the breading was very soggy.

We ordered General Tso Chicken, but got a battered chicken like sweet and sour with a slightly sweet sauce. We even asked if they made the wrong thing, but they said that was right. The Chinese you get in the grocery store would have had more flavor.

Delicious! I got Beef & Broccoli, Chicken Fried Rice, and Egg Drop Soup - I highly recommend these dishes - catered to my house sooner than expected last night. I look forward to ordering more with them sometime soon!
