Jamba juice is great. I had the Caribbean fruit smoothie with strawberries, pineapples, mangoes and orange sherbet. Rhey have fresh squeezed made to order juices.The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the items on the menu. Great customer service, very pleasant. I had Apples n Greens smoothie and roasted tomato with feta and sandwich. Both were very decent in taste, and fresh.

When you are asked a question, it is basic manner to look at the customer and acknowledge the question at the least. Or better yet it is basic human etiquette across all cultures. Absolutely no class...10/27/2019. I asked a lady working in the Jamba Juice in Terminal A of CLT airport 510am when she opens, I was completely invisible to her and she kept her lips sealed looked right over me. I stood there for a min looking at her. Absolutely no response...Rock bottom and absolutely no class...This employee can seriously use sensitivity training. I personally would NOT keep this employee if I was the owner knowing how she treats customers. Just showing up to work should not be the only requirement for a job posting.

Was supposed to be open at 5:30 but didn't open until 6:40. Food was good and decent service, but zero urgency with getting open so people could get their food and get on their way.

Today I had Mango a go go. Was tasty but not as refreshing as i had expected. A good choice usually for a healthier option.

Always love Jamba Juice! I've been to several of their locations all over the USA. The people in this location are very nice and friendly. One of the ladies was singing and so happy. Juice was great as always!Love Jamba!

Fantastic smooth operation inside the Airport.Cards or cash and really reasonably priced considering airport $$$!I was looking for something sustainable!My experience here saved me from a total breakdown physically during my long flight from Arizona to Virgin Islands.I asked for a smoothie to help me out..the friendly staff listened and delivered!That smoothie revived me..i remember ginger,apples:spirulina etc ...it was THAT and a BAG OF CHIPS!Just ask...they can do the task!Aww man!!

Felicia E is awesome! She has a bright disposition and is a pleasure to be around. However, I wish that she had more help. Often she is the only one working the morning rush.. That means she's both taking and making orders and many times, the line and wait time reflect that. Otherwise, the store is clean and the smoothies are tasty. Today, I ordered the tumeric shot- 😋 delicious and the passionate peach with blue spirulina, which is also excellent. Previously, I've had the wheatgrass (ok) and ginger (strong) shots and a slew of other smoothies.
