This place is awesome! The staff is super nice and the quality of the smoothies and juices is amazing! My mom and I always go together after the gym, and we always get the same thing. Sometimes, they ring us up before we even give the order!

Moved here from NY and this Jamba Juice was not accepting order ahead so I drove there as it was close to me. The manager was nice and said the machine had been down for ordering ahead. The kid behind the counter though was a little rude and inexperienced only because my oatmeal wasn't prepared like I normally get it in NY and when I asked if he had put honey on my Primo Bowl (I could clearly see he didn't) he gave attitude and said there was. Then he proceeded to hand me 4 very hot oatmeal with no bag. I asked for a bag. He said they were out. The manager asked him to look in the back and he came back empty handed. Something about someone else was on the phone. Long story short manager took care of me. Advice, teach the kids some manners and customer service. Also keep the recipes constant across stores. You'll have happy paying customers because now I want to go to another franchise for my goods.

Best place around to get that just right drink. Tastes great .staff are always friendly and attentive to there task. Very clean location

Got the Acai bowl and paid extra for peanut butter. There was maybe a tablespoon of granola and a SMALL DRIZZLE of peanut butter in the bowl. It was practically soup. I have had acai bowls at multiple other places and I will never return here. I ordered 2, and what a waste or $18!!!

Walked in with 2 other people waiting on their orders. Ordered mine and while waiting there were 4 employees behind the counter and 1 behind the counter talking to what appeared to be 2 friends of her’s in the store. Placed ordered and watched as all employees were worried about what the 2 friends had to say (and worrying about someone needing bags of ice who appeared not to work there) then then finishing my and the other customers orders. Then suddenly one says “come on guys we need to make these” really? You don’t think? All this time an off the clock employee was hanging out with the 2 others and the 4 associates were joking around while other customers waited to place orders. I’m a manager and trainer for my job and if my employees were more concerned with friends visiting then customers...they wouldn’t be employees with us anymore. Kind of a negative experience.

This place really serves up goodness in a cup. Great staff always friendly and willing to help you make a great decision on what tickles your taste buds for the day. Some limited offers that I get hooked on then go away but makes me excited for the next new surprise coming from blending in goodness
