I came in today at lunch. The atmosphere was delightful, it was relaxing and the staff were friendly. I tried the patties and the jerk special. Both were amazing! Certainly will be there again soon.

A nice tasteful experience!I was visiting from England and was downtown last night. I saw this place on the corner of the road. I went in today to try some traditional English food and wow I was amazed! The prawn cocktail was delicious! Very authentic and very tasteful! I also tried the jerk wings (I saw a few orders of them on peoples tables) they were brill! Jerked just right and the sauce was sweet and spicy!! 5 stars!!

I took my family here for lunch on a Thursday. Even my picky-eating son liked the mac and cheese (which was some of the best I've tried) and the rice and peas (small, dark beans, not green peas as he assumed, but he ate lots of them). Our more adventurous eaters enjoyed the ackee and salt fish (new to us and YUM!), brown chicken, roast chicken, and plantains. I hope to go back before our trip is over and try the jerk wings and the vegan drums (not on the menu, but advertised on a sign outside). The atmosphere was pleasant, the server super helpful and hospitable, the food came in a reasonable amount of time, and they encouraged us to relax and take our time with our meal.

Jam-Eng has a great Caribbean atmosphere right in the middle of downtown Orlando. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It didn't take long to get our orders completed, which is a plus since we were on our lunch break. I tried the chicken patty and the beef patty...both were delicious! They seemed handmade rather than frozen. And the lemonade and mango frozen drink were both yummy and not too sweet. It's family owned so I reccomend this restaurant for anyone looking for authentic Jamaican cuisine.

Went here for lunch and ordered the curry chicken with rice and peas. I like the fact it was the black peas and the rice was full of flavor as well as the curry. It was stewed and seasoned well. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff were friendly. Waited about 15-20 minutes for my meal.

Camy was lovely and showed us the upmost care. Camy displayed premiere service that went the extra mile. The jerk chicken wing entree I order was the perfect of mix of Jamaican spices that was nothing short of authentic.This establishment has value.

Today I had the curry chicken let me tell you it was deelishis and also had the rice and beans the dinner was so delicious I ate everything next time I go I would like to try the oxtail a fellow was sitting next to me and I saw his plate and it looked delicious I definitely will be going back there although I must say the food price was pretty expensive but in a location like that when you are in the heart of downtown Orlando I'm sure the rent is pretty f****** high. I hope they will stay open till 3 a.m. at least on Thursdays Fridays and Saturdays night. But let me tell you if you don't like fast food and you don't like you're boring run of the mill burrito places this is definitely the spot 2 eat when you are in downtown Orlando.

Went here with a group and the service was wonderful! This family is authentic and they know exactly how to feed both your heart and soul. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a good bite to eat.

Came here after work for drinks with a few friends. I saw an ad on instagram saying beers and island patties $21.99. The beer they had was a good variety, what you normally expect and a few different ones. The patties were crispy and flaky and juicy inside. I have to say the best patties I've had in a long time. Loved it!

As I walked down the strip ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED !!! The restaurant oozzes with a variety of GREAT TASTING/A1 FOOD, It is also a beautiful site seeing from inside the store as well. CLEAN VERY CLEAN . And last but not least the Gorgeous woman that served me her name is Cameron ðŸ˜
