We have been coming to Jake's at the Royal Pacific for 4 years every time we come to Universal Studios Orlando. Crawfish stew is my favorite. The soft and warm pretzel rods are my daughter's favorite. We keep coming back to Jake's. Too good to pass up. Ricco and the rest of the staff are the friendliest! Very accommodating too...

We ate here 2x while staying at Leows Royal. Absolutely delicious food. The *best* tomato soup & cheese fries I've ever had. The tomato soup comes with a flaky donut breading & melted cheese. Desserts are not only beautiful, but yummy. Tbh the food here was 20x better than anything we ate in Universal, and it costs less. The staff is super friendly & attentive. If I could I would box up the Chef & bring him home. Hes legit an artist. 😊

Super large portions. Kids meals are huge. I should have skipped ordering for myself and just ate their leftovers. Bar food but good after a day at the parks

Jessica, our bartender, was awesome! We only placed to go orders, but she was still very accommodating and friendly to us. Wish more people in the restaurant industry were like here. She truly made our day!!!

Fantastic atmosphere with bits of mid 20th century south Pacific flight nostalgia scattered around. The view of the waterfall under the bridge is a nice touch when you are out on the deck. The food has something for everyone. I enjoyed the Beyond burger. If you sit at the bar try the Red Lager its great and if you're lucky Stefanie will be your server she's awesome.

I had the buffalo chicken pizza. It was good, not super spicy like the menu suggested. I had a lot of leftovers. My husband had the crab cake sandwich and fries, and it was delicious! For drinks, he got a beer flight, and I had the bees knees cocktail. We ordered the apple pie to share, and that was our favorite!

The service was amazing. We were seated right away. The chicken wings were ok, the Caesars salad was good. The pizza had a sweet tomato sauce. The Tombstone Critic does not like a sweet pizza sauce. Like and follow Tombstone Critic and Clements Lawn Service on Facebook. All ofthisfoos would Have tasted better if I was drunk 🤪🤪🤪The manager was very friendly.

Excellent restaurant!! We stayed here (Royal Pacific) last year and ate here several times. This year we stayed next door at Sapphire Falls, but still walked over to eat at Jakes. You have to get the pretzel stick appetizer and ask for extra cheese. They are the absolute best. The fish and chips is a huge basket of fries and fries fish. And the hot wings... the hot wings are so unique. So good.The service is always quick and friendly. Staff is polite and always go the extra mileHighly recommend you try this place if you are nearby!

My wife and I have enjoyed drinks here a couple of times now, and were able to enjoy the food on our most recent visit. The Fly Boy Beef and Cheese Fries were a great appetizer to our meal. I had a simple Pepperoni pizza which while not on menu they were able to make. The pizza was very good with just the right amount of crisp and chew to the crust, a sauce that wasn't too sweet, and pepperoni with just the right amount of spice. My wife's fish and chips were also very good and hit the spot as we had both been craving them since the start of our vacation. Prices are very reasonable for a resort restaurant, and the drinks taste great and pack just the right amount of "punch". I'll definitely be back on my next visit!

Our food was really good. The prices were not bad. The service wasn't bad. You don't need to be a guest to eat here. I couldn't connect to the hotel wifi. But overall, good place.

Food portion size is great, food quality is great , attention to detail no so great and the service is comparable to watching paint dry. The table next to us was cleared 20 minutes after the people left but the bill was picked up really quickly. Atmosphere is OK nice jazz playing in the background but with the echo of a graveyard.
