Jacob's Juice

Did you know that one third of all food produced for human consumption is lost or wasted? In a world where almost one billion people go hungry, this is an excessive amount. These food losses represent a waste of our resources such as land, water, energy and other inputs that went into producing our food. Many fruits and vegetables are wasted because they don’t fit the ‘perfect quality’ standards, for logistical reasons or because it’s ‘surplus food’ (products which have not quite met manufacturer’s rules). Jacob’s wants to celebrate these misfits by turning these ‘imperfect’ fruits and vegetables into delicious healthy juices, smoothies and other honest products.
