Jackson's Eatery and Bar

I came here for dinner and had a very good experience. Most of the reviews I saw are for brunch so it seems like that is their specialty but the dinner we had was good. I had the chicken and waffle sandwich with french fries. The other in my group had the veggie burger which was massive! They said it was delicious and wished they had the appetite to finish the entire thing. The service was excellent; our server was attentive but not overbearing letting us enjoy our meal. The atmosphere was cool with some TVs playing sports and music at a good level.

I really liked the chicken and waffles, the pumpkin whipped cream was sooo good! Our server was kind of dismissive but maybe they were having a bad day idk.

The chicken and waffles dish here is unbelievable. I paired this with a Bloody Mary and had a great brunch. In many ways, Jackson's is a typical upscale-ish brunch spot very similar to a lot of places you'll find in lower Manhattan and Williamsburg, but the food and drinks are so good that you won't mind.

Good vibes , good music and good food

Came here for brunch, service was very good and attentive. The food options were pretty standard for brunch. Chicken and waffles portion was pretty big, although I found both the fried crust on the chicken and the waffle to be a bit too hard, it actually scratched my gums. The mac and cheese was tasty but a bit too salty, that's expected though.

We live across the street and really wanted this place to work out. After three tries (brunch, dinner and lunch), we gave up on coming back. The food is consistently disappointing or just bland tasting; I rather cook at home.

Nice location and interieur. Good music selection (classic rock/soul). Food portions were generous. We had pulled pork sliders (5 stars) and Mac'n'Cheese (4 stars, please don't put broccoli into Mac'n'Cheese) and Ribs (3 stars they were cooked and glazed with sauce afterwards, not during the cooking)

Adorable space, tastefully artistically decorated to create a locally owned (non corporate) space. Always amazing service with a smile. The music is a beautiful mix of eclectic "oldies" that make any age smile and feel at home. As for the food: both healthy as well as comfort food options. Coffee is good, playing is thoughtful and as always, you'll leave with a full belly and good vibes 🙌🏽
