Avoid this place when possible.I bought a Refurbished iPhone 6 there. I'm a French tourist travelling to New York.Iphone 6 worth around $200. They sold it to me for $300.Already that is not acceptable. Then the battery went dead the next day of the purchase.I brought it back to get it changed. They changed it with a used battery again.Now one week later, battery last for 3 hours and then the phone shutdown. In the phone settings, it indicates a very high battery wear level.I'm now far from New York and of course no way to go back there.They say I can ship it back for a refund but I do not trust these guys enough to send them back the phone with no insurance.

I have taken my LG G5 to be repaired twice, on different visits to the US, and the service has been perfect. Highly recommendable.

I called ahead with my specific issue, a (mechanically) broken power button on a galaxy S2. They said they had dealt with this kind of issue before, quoted me a price if it was this kind of issue and said that I could walk in. When I got there, they said they would need to have it for a couple of hours so they could diagnose the problem: "it might be the motherboard".Three hours later they said they couldn't fix the issue.They lied to me about their experience, what kind of service they could offer and exercised a free option on the possibility that it might just be a software issue.Avoid this place, they are old school tricksters.

They solved a challenge on my cell phone and got me back to quick service. I went back and they got it resolved! It is my first choice in terms of customer services.
