Class act and old world. Like stepping back in time in a glamorous way! I do not live in the Albany area anymore but I was looking forward to going to Jacks. I was with my mother and mother in law who loves prime rib. The reason we picked Jacks was because you can get a steak or lobster, etc. We went for lunch and I was very disappointed in the very limited lunch menu. We all found something on the menu to eat but there were no items on the lunch menu that would be the reason you would think of Jacks. We had a nice meal but the lack of any steak and only one seafood entree on the lunch menu really missed the mark! That's why only 4 stars.

Went for a special occasion. The service was excellent and so was the food. Got a free cheesecake that was amazing due to our celebration. Waiter also took our photo and gave us a nice Polaroid to take home. Worth the hype and the money.
