They were very busy and the breakfast sandwich was cold and bread was hard. The bacon egg biscuit shaped like a heart was cold. The hash browns were like warm. Everyone was nice and the place appeared clean. The restaurant was packed and cars around the building for drive thru. We hope this is not the norm for the food.

I had to wait for my biscuit in the drive thru, which is completely fine, it's nice getting fresh food. The problem is that we sat for 30 minutes in a parking spot waiting for them to bring it out. Apparently they "didn't see us" bit they didn't even bother to come outside and ask if we were waiting. Food was mediocre at best after the ridiculous wait

I walked in and basically ordered one of the big online packages when I got there on a busy Sunday morning. They were apparently filling several of the online orders at that time as well. I watched the manager and his team turn over the orders quickly and efficiently. Everyone did a great job and got my very large order all correct. He apologized for the wait but I told him there was no need to, it was less than I thought anyway! Kudos to the manager for keeping his team focused and on pace.
