Jack's Donuts

Went there at 10am & they were out of regular glazed donuts for the day. They're open until 10pm. Hard to be a donut shop without the main donut staple.

I went to this store yesterday got small coffee and apple filter.Guy didn't even tell me how much my order was swipe my bank credit and no recipt or nothing.

I did a bodybuilding show and havent had sweets in almost a YEAR! I was super excited to try the donuts and unfortunately they weren't good I got one of each. The red velvet was super dry,glazed icing was hard and changed the taste, the chocolate tasted really sweet and artificial I just was so disappointed and I heard great things from this place so a little bummed out.

Jack's stock had been pretty depleted by Gen Con, but the offerings remaining were still delicious. I had a glazed twist donut, which proved to be the perfect amount of chew combined with pleasingly shattering glaze. It was sweet without being TOO sweet. I also had a cappuccino, which was well prepared and quite warming. I'd love to visit again, just to have a chance for another taste!

Whenever I'm in town, I grab donuts for the office on my way in every morning. The donuts are amazing and the staff is friendly. My coworkers and I love Jack's and I'll continue to go as long as it's there!

Great place with kind staff and owners

Fantastic doughnuts. Don’t go to Dunkin or the mass market places. This is good, raised doughnuts that are wonderful. Took one to go and you could smell it in the room all evening. Cool little shop in the heart of downtown. Keep places like this alive! Don’t give into the national chains!

Good donuts. Definitely not on Longs level and way more expensive

Donuts are good. Fruit smoothies not so much-they are too sweet and made from syrup, not fresh fruits.

The staff was very nice and the place is clean. The donuts are incredible. There are many different types of fillings, toppings, and flavors. Lots of options, perfect for a snack or hangout with friends.

DO NOT order via grubhub. Ordered 1 donut 1 apple fritter and a dozen donut holes. They were out of the donut and fritter. No call for replacement. So I paid 23 bucks for a 2 dollar box of donut holes. No offer to refund the 6.99 delivery fee or 2 dollar small order fee and the child that answered the phone when I called was extremely rude. What a huge waste of money.

They have all the normal donuts you would expect to find. If you're looking for a normal decent donut this is the shop. Would not suggest for anyone looking for unique or extraordinary donut experience

Good fresh donuts. The lady behind the counter was very helpful explaining the different varieties. Quick checkout with touch screen POS. Nice. I was there at 11am and there was no crowd and no line.
