As always food was hot and quick, but the servers acted as if they would rather be anywhere than working behind the counter.

Counter service good. Biscuits and gravy we're good. Husband said grits were a little watery.

Epic breakfast biscuits all day long. Hamburgers and chicken, lots of choices even for the pickiest eaters.

I stopped in late Saturday night and the young lady that took my order was very welcoming and friendly and helpful. My kids loved the food.

I place my order on door dash my food was cold and I was missing an whole meal I had to leave my house just to get my food together. Called jacks an no answer had to get out of my bed just to get my order right , when I got there they was not opening freely to their paying guest, their employees making smart comments about me coming up there getting my order together that I paid for also management was co sidelong along with the the employee... I will not be returning, like the employee said PERIOD POOH!!!

Always been curious about trying a Jack’s. Turns out it’s just a really bad Popeye’s - and I don’t even like Popeye’s. Cashier literally did not speak one word to me. Food was boring and greasy. Let me feeling both heavy and still hungry.

Jack's is cool. If you want to eat for cheap, then definitely give Jack's a try. The staff at this location is very nice and you can get ALOT of food for like $6 or less (2 cheeseburgers, fries and a drink). It's not the best tasting food but it's definitely worth what you're paying. You'll probably need to exercise for a total of 4 hours to burn off what you took in but other than that Jack's is a great place to go eat.

The service was good. But the breakfast was just so so.The gravy was runny.

This was my first time driving through Alabama, and I saw a billboard boasted that this restaurant I had never heard of had "The Best Burger in the South." I decided to call this bluff and went to the restaurant myself, and I can assure, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that this is not even the best fast food burger in the South. It was mediocre, although the the fries did have some bomb seasoning. The cashier was also unable to communicate effectively, which made ordering a hassle. All in all, just go Zaxby's next door.
