This Jack n box is very bad at getting the orders right. And they charge for food that we do not get. I am beginning to think it is a scam so they can steal food to take home, There is no way this can happen at every visit there. The only one that seemed to do well is an older woman with white hair. Maybe the younger ones are on drugs. Someone needs to be drug tested from that store.. Also the phone number that is listed sounds like a fax machine, There is no way to call. We just get ripped off. Jack N box needs to close down.

Terrible place. Go to any other Jack in the Box. The past 2 times I've been there, they were out of lettuce. Then, this most recent time they were also out of taco sauce. Besides constantly being out of food, the service is awful and the place is extremely dirty. Do yourself a favor and go to the imperial one.

Jack in the Crack, if you ever want to teach your employees how to not prepare food properly and sit outside smoking cigarettes all day send em to this location. Thanks for the burnt churros and chicken!Response to JITB inquiry: Sorry but I don't want to have to write an inquiry to you as a corporation. Your goal should be quality and customer happiness across all restaurants, this is 150% not the case. You should read up on what happened to Steak and Shake in St.Louis, maybe that'll give you the kick in the pants you need to clean things up.
