Dont come here after 8 if you want good service. Very rude and all they did was gossip between each other. Couldnt even order a sandwhich without her having an attitude and huffing & puffing . Id give no stars if I could.

Worst Case Scenario! Stopped here for a quick lunch --- Southwest Salad... asked the order taker to remind me what comes in the salad... she didn't know and tried to ramble something out while someone in the background tried to assist... i drove up to pay and was asked to wait out front for delivery of the salad... got back to work surprised at the condition of my salad with its missing ingredients! I had to wait for my salad to be made and it was screwed up...REALLY?!?!? Website view vs. my order >>> SHAMEFUL!

For the second time this week my Sandwich didn't come with all the meat it was supposed to. The triple stack chicken sandwich and the double jack both have the number in the name of the meal

I went through the drive-thru at 7:30pm. Lights on and people eating inside. I arrive to place and order and the server mumbles something in the intercom. I asked her what she said and she said, with an attitude, “We are not taking orders”. She was talking slower as if I was illiterate. I simply couldn’t hear her. Horrible customer service. She shouldn’t be working there. Put a sign up next time so we don’t waste our time at a subpar service.

Food was good. Moves slower at night

I went to this location at 9AM on a Sunday morning and nobody was there. It's not a holiday, the drive-thru was operational, lights were on but the doors were locked. This place is supposed to be open 24 hrs 🙄

This was the worst experience in my life my daughter had to repeat the order four times and they still got it wrong, then she asked the young man to change his disposable gloves before handling preparing sandwiches and our order I will be calling the general manager. Corporate should make everyone there go back to training to learn customer satisfaction just robotical employees not personable at all

I ordered 3 medium fries and asked for ranch... the lady gave me one packs I said can u get 2 more she said it’s 25 cents... I told her I ordered 3 orders of fries... she got an attitude and said they don’t come with fries. If they don’t they why you give me the first pack

This is the second time I’ve come here and they are not taking orders. And can barely understand the person speaking through the intercom.

I always order 2 tacos without cheese. Just a little below part this time.

Very bad customer service, old food...under supervised kids working behind the counter during the evening hours. Save your money...keep driving. Be careful of this place

It took me a long time to get my order. I was given my drink first. By the time I recieved my order I had drunk my drink. I asked for a refill and was told " We can't give a refill while at the drive thru, we can only give one inside" which was strange since the INSIDE AREA WAS CLOSED. Go figure
