Jack in the Box

The food is the same jack in the box food you would expect I love jack in the box tocos. This location doesn’t have very fast service. Each time I have come here it has taken a long time for my order to get filled. The restaurant was not very clean and the bathroom was especially dirty. The employees were nice but seemed understaffed and overwhelmed.

A place to get a quick lunch with reasonable prices but had to wait extra time (only a few minutes) for fresh hot fries. Suggest during lunch hours be prepared to have fresh hot food ready. Great chicken sandwiches.

It's fast food for a reason but the service was good.

Alright where do I begin, y’all popcorn chicken is just STRAIGHT crumbs. SMH literally no chicken just crumbs.

The strawberry milkshake was good. But they was extremely slow in making one milkshake.

First time there, food was horrible got 3 of the triple bonus Jack's burgers were very dry. Curly fries were just pieces no whole fries at all. My daughter didn't even try to eat it after the first bite, Won't be back😡

Worst Buttery Jack ever! Never had it with iceberg lettuce on it! It was just poorly made! I also had the chicken mash up...it looked like throw up! Now that I have read the other reviews on this place I see why! Not to mention the lady at the drive thru window was kinda rude. Just handed me my food and didn't say a word! Will not be going back!

The fish sandwich combo was fresh and hot always love coming to this one they always have hot fresh cook food.

I should of looked at my order before I left home but the staff makes you feel like they are trying to rush a customer out of there also I had ordered a double Jack cheese burger but they decided that I'd rather have the ultimate cheese burger without me knowing about it after a long day Jack you disappoint

Got food poisoning today from a meal I got yesterday. I know it was from here because its 2 days after and it was the last thing I've eaten since then. Went in at 7:15am right as they opened and the burger patties were cold and old looking and the curly fries tasted like they'd been scooped out of the bottom of a fryer from multiple days ago. Never been more disgusted by a meal in my life. Go here if you need to call out of work for a few days. Guaranteed to get you sick.

Tried to get my soldiers food here during State Active Duty amid all the Covid mess. We tried to work out five separate orders, but had a limit of only two. Tried to explain the situation. They would not budge or work with us. I'm not asking for someone to bend over backwards. But we're just trying to eat, and we can't come inside so our only option is the drive thru.

Don’t waste your time after 9pm. It’s always something. Your store say 24hrs but every time you pull up the they got you waiting for 5 minutes before they say anything. Then tell you our computers down. It’s gonna b 10 minutes before they come back up so why even waste the time. And if they do take your order check it first. Poor management and everything else. Shut it down

I love the bacon and swiss buttery Jack in the afternoon, but breakfast Jack in the morning. They have great deals, no matter what time of day.

The service is horrible. Specially at the drive-thru. They need to have better service and hire more people with knowledge. I repeated my order 15 times at the Drive-thru.
