Jack in the Box

Okay okay yes this service at the Jack in the Box in Federal Way right on Pacific right where you go to get on the I-5 anywho the lady I cannot remember her name she is a younger black lady kind of heavy set I can say it. Because I am also heavyset LOL anyways she was very very nice very polite spoke eloquently I thought and apologized for the fact that it took her a minute to get to me to place my order due to the fact that she is the only one besides the cook that is working on a Sunday afternoon Granite I understand that Sunday afternoons will probably slow but she did a wonderful job she did not Buckle under pressure matter fact she to me even shined even more so thank you Jack in the Box in Federal Way for hiring such a beautiful wonderful person and I really really wish I could remember her name darn that sucks LOL smooches everybody

It was late around 11:30 at night. Only 2 cars ahead of us and we were there for half an hour! There was only 1 staff member working by herself! Not only that but I saw a child running around in the dining area!

They say 24/7, but get there in the early morning, 3am 4 am, good luck, rarely open for some reason. I'd make a bad habit of stopping here most mornings to get breakfast, but it's not possible.

Recurved amazing hot food

Food taste fresh and delicious. Fast service too but a lot of times the server is stingy in giving condiments in drive thru

Lady running the drive-thru was super nice. My salad was kinda ehhh though lol

Came in the morning and spilled a large drink all over the floor. I appreciate the gentlemen who took care of it didnt make me feel awkward at all! Food was primo!

I just ordered buffalo chicken sandwich today and it was so salty and spicy that could not eat and put them into garbage..

Super slow sat in drive line for 35 min. Dude was only taking one order at a time . and jamming to his music

Literally every time I try to go to this Jack in the box after I'm off work. I get the same answer of "we are having maintenance we can't take your order". It could be 1:00 in the morning it can be 2:00 in the morning and sometimes it's even been 3:00 in the morning. To me this Jack in the box is very lazy and they're night crew doesn't want to work. I haven't ordered from them in a very long time I just assume that they're shut down.

I love Jack-N-The-Box already, but after my visit to this location, I have a renewed passion for it. The spicy chicken tenders were PERFECT, onion rings hot and delicious. Even my milkshake was superb. The drive-thru service was prompt and the employee cheerful and polite. Big Kudos

TBH, the Oreo milkshake was the bomb...or quarantine got my standards all confused idk.

Very quit but some of the best food we have had at a Jack-I -the-Box in a long time!

These guys missed halr my order last time i was told i had to wait cause the soda machine was down and they couldnt give me change cause they had to wait for it to reboot while all the employees1sat outside and somked
