Jack in the Box

We tried the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, which came with lettuce & tomato and was surprisingly good! So was the Service!

Its only good hallf the time there's a few employees that do an awesome job

Only ordered one hash brown patty. The team member that took the order didn't enter it into her computer entry, so when I got to the pickup window no one knew of my order. They got my order quickly, hot & fresh!Was suprised one patty of hash brown was $2.52Oh well....just another day! 😎

Jack in the box is my FAVORITE food. Amazing burgers and crispy fries. A little pricey, but isn't everything now? As a pre-teen, this is a must go place.

Food we had was very over cooked so it kinda lost all the taste. This is not the first time I've been disappointed, just going to stop going😶

Food was good and service was fast. But if the table i was sitting at would of been cleaner then this would of been a 5 star review

Jack in the box food is ok when you find the right one to go two. I worked for them for 2 weeks before i guit because i refuse to work in nasty and filthy environments. Water all over the floor food stuck to appliances omg. Since that experience i’m scared to eat at any jack in the box.

IM A EMPLOYEE/FORMER EMPLOYEE. And I say that because hany and Alicia are highly unprofessional! How do you give an 18 year old, who comes to work high and can’t do his job Correctly, hours but someone who knows how to their job no hours. You guys are sitting here stringing me along saying you don’t have hours for me... when you know you do... instead of just firing me! So I can claim unemployment. So HANY can call my phone. Or I will just keep making bad reviews. Fire me and give me a good reason or give me my damn hours back thanks.

My first time tasting Jack in the Box and I gotta say, it was amazing!! One bite of curly fries and it got me hooked, the hamburgers are by far the best in fast food. I would recommend anyone to try Jack in the Box if they visit a state where there is one.

The manager of the floor and a worker didn't recognize me. The worker kept sweeping. I place my order and I say no cheese. The order can out and it had cheese on it. When back in for the second time and then still didn't recognize me. I got mad a throw the sandwich on the counter and said that I wanted my money back. Then took their time. I will not enter that store again.

I had the spicy chicken strips and fries. Food was good and hot. Enjoyed the food. They weren't crazy fast, but not bad wait time.

Good service during the night. However there is no telling if this place will even be open or not. So many times I have driven by there to get some breakfast only to have cones blocking the drive threw. It ia never at the same time either. The time ranges from 3am-6am so if you plan on getting some food from them suring that time I suggest going elsewhere.

They served me an old Jumbo Jack. When I returned it for an exchange, they accused me of having sit out for hours. I had proof in my receipt and a time stamped picture to prove my case. They didn't say sorry and made me a 'fresh' Jumbo Jack. Didn't trust the quality of the 2nd burger since they laughed in the back as they made a replacement burger. I did the survey and the machine said Jack in the Box would call me back, but they never did. I don't trust ordering here again.
