This location used to be a 5 in all respects. Unfortunately it has gone downhill in the last few months. The prices are in some cases significantly higher than other locations and the food is about the same. A Breakfast Jack is $1.74 with tax at the location in south San Jose, it is $2.39 at this location. The rest of the menu has similar price differences. The only items that are priced the same are the nationally advertised specials. Don't modify one of those or you'll get charged an upcharge for say upgrading to onion rings from French fries. In my case I would have done better to take the fries that came with the combo and added the onion rings. I'd have saved 75 cents. The staff is friendly helpful and efficient.

Jack in the Box has two items that I come out of MY box for: Sourdough Jack burger and the curly fries. Unfortunately, they aen' particularly healthy perhaps, but they stand out from the crowd of fast food burgers for originality and TASTE!

There is a old mexican girl work on counter acting like a manager shes so rud and make facing to customers im not usually doing this this is my first time doing this... but she literally change my mode to bad.. not good example to everyone..

This place didn't serve soft drinks when I was there... like absolutely nothing to drink. Not even water. I would give this a big fat ZERO but I can't.

Good service, clean interior. Not a go to place but they're fullfil the needs
