I placed an order in the drive through. Told them I wanted #7. I was charged over $6 for a curly fry and shake. Had to tell them twice what the order was. Got to the window and after paying the girl asked if I wanted to add the burger and to charge the card again. I said whatever, knowing I'd be paying $12+ for the whole meal which is less than $9 but was too mad to care. She then opened the window and said something else. I told her I just want my money back. The next time the window opened it was a guy who said the money was put back in my card. Here we are almost 24 hours later there's still a pending charge for food I did not get and no refund has been received.

I love Jack in the Box! This one is not very consistent. It's a hit or miss. I still go there.

This location is awesome. I usually go at night, around 3am or so. Their customer service is top notch, food is hot and fresh. Tonight I asked for 1 cup of ranch and got 2, which isn't a huge deal but its little things like that that make this restaurant stand out! Awesome job!

Good selection of items on the menu. Nice change from the usuals found on every corner. Full menu served all day. Staff is hit and miss.

Locks on the bathrooms food was less than sub par and I know its fast food but dang it was terrible. After i was let in to the restroom it was filthy and smelled of sulfur.

They were fast and friendly. The food is amazing!!! Just what I wanted, when i wanted it!!

There regular Carmel ice coffee is not worth spending 3$ on

So first off this place does offer 24 hr food so that's always a good thing. I would recommend using their app since you'll save a bit of money. However I wouldn't recommend it if youll need a restroom since it's not public..

Really friendly staff. Clean establishment and the quality of the food is really good. We drove from Utah to Idaho because it's the closest Jack in box and we were not disappointed.

I'm going to have to avoid this place for a while.All new staff. Not bright. Unable to follow instructions.The worst Crescent Supreme I've ever had.
