Very quiet and clean. Food was hot. Customer service can be a little slow but overall would recommend.

This Jack on the box had been around for many years, and yet it's a decent location among restaurants in the chain.Sometimes the bathrooms are quite filthy, and they also need to be repaired and modernized. There is still one bathroom for males and one bathroom for females.It's hot and miss as to the quality of the staff, sometimes there's a happier, more friendly crew but there's one morning manager who is a bit grumpy and seems a little burnt out, and he doesn't day thank you to customers unless you remind him to.All in all though, the crew seems to work well together and they are friendly to the customers, efficient, and well trained.This store is conveniently located on the northwest corner of Pacific Coast Highway and Crenshaw Boulevard, so it's easy to enter and exit in the main thoroughfares of you're headed southbound or westbound.
