As usual the food was hot and freshly made but. Sadly the condition and cleanliness of the interior was rundown & filthy which detracts from the dining experience I have come to expect from all Jack in the Box restaurants.

It took 16 minutes to get a #2 order from the inside lobby register. Somehow the orders got mixed up and there was no apology given to the lobby customers or compensation. ☹☹☹

Its consistent, usually hot service, and fast. Rarely anyone inside. Staff are usually pleasant, the milkshakes are always my favorites of anywhere! Thick, real milk. #worthit

Normally have an okay experience here. I've gotten the wrong order a few times but it was corrected each time. I went recently much later than I normally go, around 11 pm. The line was slow moving. Once I finally got to the speaker I waited a good 2 minutes before I was even "greeted." When the guy finally did come on the conversation was:Him: yea, what's upMe: hi, are you ready to take my orderHim: yea, what's upMe: told him most of my orderHim: *cuts me off, seeming mocking my voice* oh my gosh could you like wait for a secondI waited another couple of minutes without him coming back on the speaker so I just drove away. Not sure if I will ever come back, certainly not after hours.

We used to have Jack in the Box in Chicago, miss them. We never pass up an opportunity to have the tacos when we run across one! Service here was friendly and quick.

What's Good
This location of Jack in the Box is very typical of the chain. There are various menu offerings, including the standard burger and fries, along with some cool variations like sandwiches on sourdough bread, egg rolls and tacos. This location is open 24 hours, so it's a perfect snack stop for the night owl.

Every single time we come here to this location at night, any time during the night, they're always closed due to a system rebooting. I would really check out the staff here to see what ia going on because it's not a set rebooting at midnight. Its random and inconvenient.
