Jack in the Box

So usually at every Jack in the box before or after shift when we pull up in uniform(law enforcement) since that's what we're wearing, because we're on our way to work or coming home from work and we're hungry we get a discount. Well when we stopped at this specific restaurant the person at the window informed me that, "that might be at another Jack in the Box, just not here". Not to mention we always have to go though the drive thru an hour and a half prior to their dining room area closing times because as they've told us before, "we already finished cleaning and we're not going to clean again"

I pull up to the drive-thru to order some food at 4 am and no one answers, I wait for 5 mins the decided to leave. What’s the point of being “24hrs” if no one is taking orders on the drive-thru?

Fast service, great food! Would have rated it 5 stars if the store was a bit.... cleaner? I had to wash my own table. I get it but it was quite a few of the tables that needed cleaning. Otherwise it was great for a Jack in the box

I like the freshness of the burgers! Always have shakes. The Jack heads for my antenna are pretty cool.

I go here quite often when I'm looking for a quick bite. Never disappoints.

Everything was good. Dining area and restroom clean. Great people working there.

Every morning on the way to work I stop at Jack in the Box because it's convenient and by my house on the way to work every time I go to the drive-through to order food It's closed every single morning They always tell me 20 to 30 minutes until I can order food they need new management or they need better workers that know what They are doing I'll never go there again

Somewhat good food but night crew has poor customer service.Ordered food through the drive thru first a long wait and second was charged something cokpcomple different than what was on the screen.The cashier gave me all sorts of attitude for no reason. I will stick with going only in the morning where the crew has better customer service.

Everything was good when I first arrived at the drive through, the lady was nice but then she decided that I was done ordering. I stayed there for about 5 minutes and I did speak up and say I wasn't done ordering. Still had no reply so I pull up to the window and I tell the lady who looked like a manager that I needed to add more and that I wasn't finished ordering at the speaker. She had very poor attitude and acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about. It wasn't early in the morning or late at night it was 3pm.

Went through the drive-through they told me the ATM was down so I go get cash to wait in line the lady put me on hold for about 10 minutes I think she was the only one working there she ordered my food she charged me extra for an item that would be less and when I get my food home everything is cold the chicken is horrible it's hard and when I call them they don't pick up the phone horrible I will not eat there again.

What can you say about a place that will serve you tacos later than it should be legally allowed? You say 'Thank you". This little gem lies in wait for you at all hours with hot, delicious food and ok customer service. I'd say amazing customer service but it seems like the turnaround at the drive-thru is a few weeks. Maybe it coincides with school schedules. Either way this place is a shining beacon that calls to the stoner and drunkard alike, 'Here be comfort food' it says. And you know what? Most of Buckeye listens and agrees that this place is bomb-diggity one of the artery-cloggiest delicious establishments that isn't Mexican food, Pizza or Chineses. If you want random oil-saturated goodness that easily removes years from your meaningless life look no further. You might regret it someday but today make it a number 7 with extra cheese and a large fries and coke! Highly recommended!!!
