My sandwich was great! The drive thru line was long. I went in, got my food, came out and my place (had I stayed in drive thru) was still two cars back😁 We have gotten lazy people😂 The place was nice, clean and empty on the inside.

I liked the locked restroom so when i used it i was clear of gang graffiti and was clean. The ultimate cheeseburger is still the best

I go almost every work day. Breakfast sandwich taste like frozen pre-made food that they warm up as ordered. I've tried atleast 3 different breakfast sandwiches and the #27 is the only one with a little flavor.

It has been multiple times that I come here and every single time I get my food it's always cold. Cheese is not even close to looking as if it was in ANY type of heat. Buns are cold, meat is cold. Fries are slightly warm. My fault at this point for coming back though I should know better by now.

I hate there new buttery buns. Ruined all Jack in the Cracks for me. But still love them curly fries and chocolate shakes

Was very thank full that the offered dine in service but the food was so so

I went to get some salsa from the dispenser and it was clogged up. So I pressed a little bit hard and it blasted out and completely covered my work clothes. I went to the counter to ask for a damp cloth and was given a napkin. The employee then disappeared. No apology at all. Oh and did I mention the meth head sitting in the booth tripping out!?

This location is great, it sits right at the corner of Priest and Broadway to it's very easy to get in and out of. The inside is clean and contemporary and the staff was very helpful.I ordered the wrong thing in the drive through so I parked and went inside. The lady that greeted me was attentive and after listening she asked "so you wanted the meal?" After answering in the affirmative, she said, we'll make it for you.With that, she brought the full meal in about 4 minutes and didn't make me pay for it. She was delightful to work with and was helpful.

Monday,Tuesday, Thursday this week I stopped by before work..either they say the system is updating or their fountain drinks is down due for cleaning. Again I come to get some food before I get to work at 430 am on Broadway and Priest in Tempe and this time I did get my order but I pull to the window and they tell me there are no fountain drinks. I just might as well start going to McDonald's that is across the street. This has happened one to many times
