Jack in the Box

This used to be one of my favorite Jack in the box to go to in the area. Now, it's one that I will never go to again. I guess it's new staff or whatever but they do not know what they are doing.Customer service sucks, they are super slow, the line take forever to even move. On busy days and times I can get past that.But they almost gave us the wrong order. I looked at the receipt they charged us for and it's incorrect. Don't even apologize for the inconvenience. And on top of that food taste dry and its not even hot or warm, like it's been sitting for a while or overcooked and they are the only ones that don't put hot sauce in their tacos. They tacos are suppose to come with hot sauce if I ask for no hot sauce then that's different. And they didn't give us straws.All and all bad experience and I won't be coming back, I suggest going somewhere else. There's plenty of options in the area.The one off of Thornton is much better.

Love their ultimate breakfast and sourdough breakfast sandwiches, make McDonald breakfast look ashamed.

I live right down the street from this Jack-in-the-Box. Over the last 10 years I spent a lot of money at this place. I pulled up he said can I take your order and I said can you give me a minute he said what! Can you give me a second and he didn’t say anything. I ordered food for five people. I checked the bag And was missing 4 tacos, I ordered six tacos he gave me and he two tacos. Not to mention I called over 6 times not one call was answered it just kept ringing and ringing. At least I didn’t get charge for six tacos and only two. I will never ever go back to this Jack-in-the-Box I will drive to the other side of Fremont next to American high school and get food there if I want Jack-in-the-Box!!

The service after 10:30 SUCKS. The food should've been warmer (we only live 1/2 away). And they don't make shakes after 10 and instead of saying it's down for cleaning, they lie and say its broken. Not happy with this Jack!

Much more helpful than other jack in the boxes, but outside intercom was difficult for employee to hear my order

This was one of the worst places ive been to the fries were cold amd when i asked for new hot fries they threw them back in and mixed warm fries with same cold fries and then to top it off the reason for going there for the fish sandwhich was cold and the sauce had been sitting on the bun for a while. It was nasty. Terrible customer service.

Have to wait some extra minutes for your order. Restrooms were not clean.

Decided to stop here for lunch today. Went through the drive thru, the lady taking my order was nice, and got everything I ordered correct. Once I got my food, I parked right outside to eat. I then realized I did not recieve my drink that should have come with the #16 combo. I had also ordered a salad for my passanger, they complained that the salad dressing tasted wierd, upon looking at the dressing packet it had a "use by" date of 02/01/19 on it. Today is 02/28/19 that is aad that they do not pay attention to those dates.

I think better then McDonald's
