Jack in the Box

The food was ok for fast food, but be careful. I can only speak for what I saw and it was a bitten off of jalapeno pepper that was served to me. Ni, I didnt bite it because it was cooked after it was bitten.

I was surprised at the service I received at Jack in the Box. As of late the fast food restaurants I've been to have been a major let down. I visited Jack in the Box on my Aunts request for lunch for herself and a coworker and decide to get something for me too. They very very nice in the drive thru and everything I ordered came out correct. They even split the food into 3 bags for each person I ordered for which made it so easy to deliver. Also the food was hot and delicious.

Two moths agoI mean they only have one employee! Usually takes 30min before order taken because of very VERY low staff at midnight... Almost everyday, worst in the weekends. 🤦Update 2-26Service was way better and was art least two people. Got my order as expected, thumbs up for the better service.😊

I'm never disappointed in JITB. Hot, fresh, yummy. I could eat 99% of the food. Won't do the spicy stuff. I really like the buttery without the greasy.

21 Feb 2020 @4:00pm. Just stopped in to grab some lunch. Parking lot was empty, doors were locked. No sign on door. Called and the guy that answered said the lobby was closed due to being short staffed. He rudely hung up the phone. If you’re so short staffed maybe they could have asked another location to send help. I’m thinking they’re losing a lot of business by locking the doors. Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE

I work nights down around here and love the food. It's usually pretty good, but the drive-thru is pretty slow, if it's even open. Seems like lately the place has been buttoned up tight more often than open. Y'all doing ok?

Usually service and food is really good even during graveyard hours. However my most recent experience was terrible. They charged me for 2 Ultimate cheeseburger combos even though I asked just for the burgers themselves. Then they didn't give me the fries or the drinks that come with those combos. In addition they didn't ask or provide any ranch for the jalapenos I ordered as well.

This has been my favorite location until tonight's visit. The wait was really long, but that's honestly the least of the issues I had tonight. At the start of my order I felt like the worker wasn't listening, and it kept getting worse. First, he told me he didn't know where a certain flavor was on the machine, then got my next drink order wrong. Lastly, I wanted to order the new turbo coffee and asked for that, he rang me in for a normal coffee. I explained that I wanted to try the new turbo coffee not just regular coffee and he started to get irritated and said, "well what do you want?! Iced or hot?!" I told him never mind on the coffee and completed my order. When we got home our food wasn't even right. I drive 15mins to come to this location, and tonight was not worth it unfouruntely.

Love it. Eat it. Eat it again. Unique menu and take on fast foodery.

Got my food quick and it was all correct and pretty good.

Called to see of they were open and the guy on the phone said yes, 24/7. Arrived and they said they weren’t taking orders for another 30 minutes until 4:30am.

I came for the tiny tacos and was not disappointed. These delectable little tacos are crispy with a smooshy mixture of ground beef and refried beans inside. At only $3 for 15 of these, it's an incredible deal. The creamy avocado lime sauce tastes great, even though it's less than 1% avocado. It gives a good flavor to the tiny tacos that can get a bit bland after you eat so many of them.$3 to get full on awesome little tacos? Count me in!#Recommended #TinyTacos

Tasty food of multiple varieties. Helpfulness of the employees is hit or miss.

Pretty good mostly. Somewhat inconsistent product and staff.
