Clean, great tasting food, friendly staff.

They changed the Southwest Chicken Salad. I miss the they way it used to be made. The chicken nuggets and sweet and sour sauce my nephew had were not very good.

Love Jack n the box. Wish we had them in Wyoming. Monster tacos are my favorite. They bring the food to your table.

My husband and I stopped here tonight after work and placed our order. Once we got home we went through our food and, as usual, we were missing food from our order. It has happened countless times and it's always during the same time frame. It seems the only time when we get our order incomplete is from the late night crew. Any time we go during the day, everything is fine. Is it just that the late night crew don't care or do they just slack around. Either way most likely won't go back anymore during late night. Frustrating to constantly have to go back when they can just as easily care more and make sure everything is actually in the bags.

It was a dark and stormy night. Our RV would not fit through the drive through. They opened the lobyy for us and gave us great food and service. We would have died if they had not saved us on our trip to Boise. God bless jack.

Get a couple tacos dont waste ur time with anything else

Normal kind of fast food place where you probably won't get what you ordered.

Inexpensive, really tasty food.

Friendly staff, pop-machine barely had any drinks that worked. The ones available were uncommon gross drinks as well. Food was good, nothing special other than curly fries.

Amazing food but annoying to be told to back up the vehicle EVERY single time I've gone through here. If you need to reset your drive through time Or whatever tell ppl too pull forward like the rest of us who work in fast food

We hopped in the car and drove from Utah just to come here. I crave the tacos as nostalgia from my younger days. Jack in the Box never disappoints.

My family usually likes Jack in the Box. The food here was of the poorest quality I have seen from the chain.Hamburger patties screamed fake processed garbage. My guess for their journey is freezer-microwave-bun. Had more of a meatloaf texture, presumably from all the fillers. Not juicy. Flavor was bland to bad.Only reason for the 2nd star is the staff. They were friendly and helpful.I hope this is an isolated incident, it is not what I have come to expect from the chain.

Every single time we have come to jack jn the box they were closed and now we managed to get a bite with them open, but are you kidding me?! All the fryers are down for cleaning so all we can do is burgers but thats not always filling. They SHOULD do the fryers either one at a time or all but one if they will have a 24 hour drive through!

The food was not good. It tasted and had a weird smell to it. I wasnt impressed with the service.

I ordered the sourdough Jack combo and thank goodness I had a drink. It was SOOO dry I wouldn't have been able to choke it down. The service through the drive through was fine and same with my husband's burger.
