J and J Pizza Shack

Run by a bunch of kids who either have no experience dealing with customers or don't care. When one finally comes to the takeout counter, you will never hear a "thank you". You have to ask for a receipt. The food has gone downhill. I took home a lasagna dinner yesterday. When I got home and opened it, it was only 2/3 full, like someone had already eaten some of it. Pizza I got last week and asked for extra sauce was dry, without even normal amount of sauce let alone extra. Eat at the Sycamore or wait for Jordy & Jax to reopen.

The pizza is amateur at best. The service is terrible. No customer service at all. Next time I am in town I will not make the mistake of eating here.

Excellent pizza that is worth the wait. Well priced. Completely different twist on how they make stuffed crust; it's amazing.

Stopped here on our way to Kentucky. Excellent food highly recommend the stromboli. Service was great!

First time ever eating here I thought it was amazing very generous on toppings the lady I spoke with on the phone was very polite the gentleman that delivered my pizza was really nice I drive over the road and have I ate at many restaurants this will be one of my top on the list for pizza places hope to get to visit again thank you all very much food is excellent

Great pizza and consistent every time all at a reasonable price

Great pizza, but usually run into some kind of issue. Once waited nearly two hours for delivery, found out it was because they burnt our pizza and remade it... That's fine, but they sent us the burnt one. But my main issue is sloppy pizza. And door extra cheese on the whole pie, and it looks as though all either slid to one side or only made with half extra.

We both have tried to like J J's Pizza Shack, but it has only gotten harder. We ordered Pizza bread and chicken wings over the weekend. My husband loves the wings, but there was a giant dark hair that he pulled out of the sauce and with COVID going around we couldn't even eat the Pizza bread. We had to throw everything out. I tried calling them back a few times and no answer. I'm guessing that they were very busy, but unfortunately.. that is our last time there. I wish them luck and I hope that people are giving them feed back.
