Decent take out with a friendly owner who named the shop after her son, Ivan. Prices seem pretty fair at first glance. 10% discount made it pretty reasonable. Not really a dine in spot - at least right not yet. Gives off food court sushi vibes, but quality seems better.

Ordered take out tonight which was our 2nd time. They serve freshest sushi and sashimi. Also great value. We will definitely be weekly costumers.
