Ivan Ramen

A great experience and worth the wait. I've been pleased with everything I've ordered from the menu. This was my first time ordering dipping ramen from any Ramen restaurant. It was wonderful!!!! Can't wait to return for my next bowl.

This place DEFINITELY lives up to the hype that Chefs Table created. Everything is good! You cant go wrong with anything you order. The flavors are so complex and hit on so many notes. Umami doesn’t even do this place justice. The service is phenomenal too. They were busy but still super friendly and willing to talk and explain the menu.

Delicious! Charred corn appetizer was excellent. Salt and pepper squid was excellent. Spicy Red Chili was great! It wasn't burn your mouth hot, but it'll definitely warm your body up. Would definitely return to explore the menu.

I go with my wife to this great restaurant quite often! This is the best place to pass a nice evening. I go to this spot frequently. The cooking is just great, the staff members are courteous and the charge is fair. I enjoy going in this restaurant over a nice dinner.

Got the Triple pork and garlic dish, It was great! They have a cool outside eating area with a tile mural. Great service and not to expensive to eat here!

Cozy place, great staff. The steamed bun with pork is delicious. Loved my bowl with chicken, egg yolk, veggies and noodles. They recommended to add lemon which truly made the taste. My husband ate 2 other bowls :-) The lemonade was really zesty and good. 5 stars really!

Incredibly rich flavors and wonderful chewy noodles in the triple garlic pork noodle bowl I ordered and my wife enjoyed an equally delicious chicken ramen in a rich almost creamy from collagen broth. A must try for anyone! Crispy eggplant app was awesome also! 😋

Got the chicken sandwich, Tokyo shio, and triple pork triple garlic. The triple pork triple garlic was our favorite by far! My cocktail was awesome too. Service was alright but I think our server was quadruple sat so it was understandable! After watching Chef's Table we had high expectations but were not disappointed.

So delicious! I'm visiting the city downtown and stopped at this place with no expectations, but I was extremely satisfied. I ordered a dark beer and the spicy pickles snack. Both of which were very tasty. The main dish was absolutely delicious. Served very quickly and hot. The service was also great. Both the hostess and server we're very polite and prompt. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Amazing establishment, some of the best ramen I had in NYC and in Japan. The triple garlic triple pork is so full of flavor but a tad bit salty for my pallet, nevertheless the umami flavor takes over your whole mouth. The fries chicken is so flavorful and actually the highlight for me, I do wish I had white rice with it because it had too much flavor. Overall I will keep returning!

Ivan Ramen is absolutely one of my favorite restaurants. I’ve been there many times and they never disappoint. TOKYO CHEESE + is the greatest innovation this city’s ever seen. Typically, there’s a wait for a table around dinner time but in my experience you’re always seated earlier than anticipated. There’s a great episode about the owner on the series Chef’s Table covering the story behind the inspiration for the restaurant.

Ate three times here while I visited new York. Every time it was a awesome experience. Twice of the times I had Ramen and the good thing is you can personalize your Ramen by paying the price. The food is good and good quality. The service 2 of the 3 times was fine. One of them I did not like how we where treated. Still the two other times servers own their well deserved tip. Normally you will have to wait for be sited. Because of the long lines and small place. It is worthy.

Discovered this restaurant through Chef's Table on Netflix. Getting a reservation on a Saturday evening was extremely easy. The front of house was very friendly and the ambience was very nice. We were seated outside and though it was a little chilly, there were overhead heaters that made it perfectly comfortable. The wait staff were very knowledgeable of the menu and were able to give thorough descriptions of dishes as well as recommendations. This restaurant is recommended by the Michelin Guide and rightfully so. I look forward to visiting again. To top it off, prices were relatively cheap by NYC standards!

This spot is the one I always prefer. I go to a lot of restaurants but to this restaurant I constantly return again and again. The stuff is very attentive and the food they cook is so delicious. I never miss an opportunity to have a good dinner in this place. I recommend this place with pleasure.
