I got the spicy miso ramen, it was ok. The pork and egg were cold and the soup broth was too thick and heavy for my liking, other than that it was pretty good.

Very good thick broth and good toppings. It’s very busy though so go early

Good, but not great ramen. We had pork and chicken broth based dishes.Pork was good but chicken was off.Noodles good, pork slices not too fatty or oily.I've had better in New England. This place can have long waits and not sure it's worth it, but if the lines not too long-go for it!

Would like to give five stars to this restaurant because of their amazing taste of soupy foods. They offer really delicious dishes. Some include Spicy Miso Ramen, Tan Tan Ramen, Gantetsu Shoyu etc. There is no reservation system, has a vegan option and a credit card payment system.

This spot is fantastic! Affordable pricing, considerable portions and the staff members are constantly welcoming.

delicious and fast! order while you wait, get seated and Enjoy!! Ramen is made with a perfect balance of noodles, veggies, and flavorful broth. I recommend the miso!! Fun laid back atmosphere and great for kids+family dining.

Used to give it 5 stars, reduced to 3, the last 3 times i came here it had 2 hours line to get in. Its good ramen at a good price. But given the two hour wait I would rather explore other venues.

The place was small, but was able to get a seat right away. Ordered the spicy miso with extra spicy garlic oil with a side of deep fried garlic pieces. Wasn't as spicy as I would have preferred, but enough thst I can't complain. The food was good, though.

Delicious and fast Sapporo-style ramen experience. YMMV if you don't like busy restaurants, but it being busy is a promise of good food ahead. Bowls are large portions, and very savory and flavorful.

Pretty okay ramen, although definitely not the best in Boston. If there is no line it's a nice place to visit. But the noodles and the broth I've had better at other places.

Trendy and busy place for ramen in Brookline. Staff was very friendly and proactive. They always greet people when they come in and leave the place in japanese. I had the spicy miso ramen which was really good.

Really yummy. It was a pop up event when I went and there was visiting ramen chef from Osaka. Not quite sure what I ordered as they only had two options chicken or pork, but it was incredible. Very friendly staff and quick service. Can’t wait to eat there again!

Before we got to Ganko we were able to get in line on Yelp (highly recommend), so by the time we got there we barely had to wait to sit despite few tables in the restaurant. They hand you the menu before being seated so you can order as you are walking in to be seated- now that’s efficiency. We got our food shortly after being seated. The ramen was delicious, my only complaint was that it was a little salty for my taste. I wouldn’t go there for a date unless you’re hoping for an in and out kind of experience- it’s not the kind of place that facilitates sitting and staying awhile. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.
