Ithaca Ale House

I’ve been to the commons on numerous occasions intending to go to a “new” restaurant, but always seem to end up here. It’s one of the best stops in Ithaca, and I can’t seem to turn it down. Their menu is extensive, and universally excellent. I have yet to receive something that I didn’t like. They offer suggested beer pairings per dish, and have a great local craft brew selection. Highly highly recommended. Undoubtedly the best of Ithaca.

Great burgers, great wings, and cold beer. What more can you ask for? Salads are really good if you're into that. Last time I went I had the Old Bay chicken sandwich and it was really good. Definitely recommend.

Not a good place to eat on a Friday or Saturday night. When we went there about a year ago on a Friday night, we did not get service for half an hour after we walked in there. When we got water, it smelled musty and did not taste good. The waiters were nice though and apologized. I would've given three stars if they had better service.
