Itamae Sushi Shimbashi

The sushi is excellent and that's basically the only thing that matters. The restaurant itself is bright, very friendly, clean and very tidy. The service is very nice and helps you in the selection.

Although it is a chain store, it is delicious. If you look at the hands of those who make sushi, I think it can't be tasteless. It's red because it's kept in ice water. Tuna, of course, it was good to feel each grain of rice. Friendly staff. If you're going 1-2 people after 7:00, you may have a seat at the bar.

They had an English menu. We ordered the luxurious sushi combo, and the was a very short wait time. The staff were very attentive and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. Would recommend.

The Shimbashi branch's Itamae sushi feels like it's between overseas and Japan.Somehow the flashy neon was a glaring image, but is it surprisingly calm?There were quite a few dishes for foreign countries!

I think that the tuna set 2780 yen which can eat the tuna of Yamayuki is good. Is delicious. The atmosphere of the shop people was also good.

I have to preface this by saying I'm not the biggest fan of fish or sushi and I'm also an English speaker with no Japanese language ability at allThe tablet menu system helped immensely and made ordering as an English speaker a breezeThe sushi was high quality, sushi I was initially nervous to eat turned out to be deliciousThe only gripe I'd have is that there were minimal meat sushi available - I am admittedly somewhat torn between giving 4 or 5 stars - as the meat preference is more personal to me than what some other people would think of when it came to sushi

Decent sushi. I didn't feel particularly welcome, which feels unusual in Tokyo. The server spoke English but I felt like my presence was an annoyance to her. I'll try somewhere else in the future.
