One of the oldest building and shopping complex in Dubai Sharjah gateway. People from whole Dubai and Sharjah know this place and most of them might have a special sentiments to it. Today they still trying to be good, there are carpet, curtains and other shops inside it. The building also features residential apartments, which is huge in size. Still living in it is kind of prestigious for many.

behind the mall, there is parking. I don't think so there is free parking. You can validate with the Security. Mostly there is a lot of paid parking places around.
Take metro FM Etisalat to Stadium station. Then 5-10 minutes walk.
Doing some favor to others is good, and that is the main benefit.
