Island burger is by far one of the best burger joints nyc. The food, services and quality is far better than any of the chain burger places. It only gets 4 stars because it's not conveniently located, it does take 15 minutes for a burger to be made since all their burgers are made to order and you can't really go with a big group because of the size of the location. If you are in the neighborhood and have some time to kill and are in the mood for a burger it's a 5 star must try.

Small little hole in the wall burger and shakes joint, but totally worth it. The iron skillet Mac and cheese is easily the best Mac and cheese I have ever had and you can get your burgers on multiple types of bread. Shakes are pretty standard, but the burgers were amazing. Fast and extremely friendly service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good NYC burger.

Stopped for a quick snack and beverage. The service was friendly and fast. Overall, the sweet potato fries and regular fries were both terrific. The draft beer selection was reasonable and delicious.

Very nice burger place in hell's kitchen. The place is a little small, so it may be hard to find table for larger groups if you come during rush hour. But it's definitely something you have to try. Next time I will try the shakes as well!
