If there's more than 30% of the tables seated, don't bother. The wait is ridiculous and they can't manage to shift efforts to in person when they get slammed. Deliveries went out the door while we waited 90 minutes to get our food. Needless to say we left along with 2 other tables.

Food was cold but over all it was an ok experience. Server come once to take my order and never again.(well to bring the check) Walked by but never asked if I was ok or even a smile of non verbal acknowledgement. But it is ihop! What do u expect.

Can’t complain of the waitresses they where extremely polite not there fault management it’s the worse . People literally walk away from the place without paying for there drinks after waiting for over an hour on food the never arrive the tables but tons of gruophub orders going out the doors . waitresses going up and down trying to deal with angry customers the barely got drink and no food . Really nice and clean place ,fast seating but the management OMG..!! IHOP need to fired whoever it’s in charge of the location . If you under stuff in the kitchen stop people coming in or at lease advise there’s a situation ( prioritize the customers on location should be the policy )and you may never going to get your food at lease people would had the choice of gamble waiting or just go somewhere else and naa get mad at the waitresses and walk away without paying the bill I saw more than 10 tables just got up and walk away and no one ask to pay the bill worse IHOP experience ever I don’t think I ever go back again , can’t seat with my pregnant wife and wait hour and half and no clue if our order was going to get ready the waitresses probably need new shoes from going back and forward checking on food for angry customers real mess IHOP should apologize for the incompetent / poorly management THIS HAPPEN ON NOVEMBER SUNDAY 14 2021

Great service, the manager does an excellent job caring for each costumer individually. The waitresses are great always. The place is extremely clean, the food is delicious the best ihop we’ve been to, the set up is very comfortable, the place is huge. We just love it here and our kids too. This is our favorite IHOP. Thank you!!! Gracias!!!

I'd forgotten how much I enjoy the International House Of Pancakes. Service and food was very good, coffee needs a little work. Not very crowded and friendly manager. We're actually going back today! 🥞❤👍

This place was packed on Christmas and our large party of 12 had a good time with friendly staff especially our waitress, she was literally one of the best (i wish i could have gotten her name) Even the other customers was nice. We wore matching pajamas and they took our pictures.

We’re back again 8/5/23 This time I must say the service was excellent. The food was very good especially my hash browns. Gabby our waitress was exceptional, professional, and very welcoming the workers in the front as you come in a very friendly and attentive. Alicia the owner does a great job with her staff and customers she’s amazing!!! I visited for the first time on Tues August 31 , 3022 at 11am and had to wait on line me until 12pm because they are short staffed. Staff is friendly. It is spacious, clean, I liked the table arrangement . They are looking for Bus Boys and Cooks with experience. Our waitress Tay was a “pro” trying to accommodate us and others. I must commend her for being such a genuine human being and great server. She smiled throughout the whole service and was very attentive. Thank you Tay from Mattie and Ricky

DO NOT GO TO THIS IHOP! If I could give it negative stars I would. This is the second time we’ve been there and the 1st time was such an unpleasant experience. We figured We’d give them the benefit of the doubt since they are new in my neighborhood so We went there a second time on a Saturday for brunch. It is unbelievable that 6 workers at the counter while we are standing right in front of them a few good minutes, no one greeted, no one even looked at us. After waiting we decided to walk away, the people at the counter looked up and didn’t even bother to excuse themselves. We had made plans to bring our friends here but now I will be telling all friends and acquaintances no to come to this place. Disgusting service!!

Eggs were undercooked, my pancakes were cold, my husbands hash browns were burnt and the OJ was a syrupy, tasting tang like oddity. When I showe the eggs to the manager he said that’s the first I’ve ever heard of this. Weird response when you could obviously see the eggs are not done. I made a mistake and ate around the eggs because I never send food back. The kids there looked stressed out. With all the great diners in Astoria I should’ve known better. We both got sick.

The Dulce de Leche pancakes, with bacon side, were very good. So was the friendly service. The place is very clean.
