At Iron Grill we patiently cook our meats using only seasoned dry rubs to seal in the natural flavors. Never using sauces that often dry out the meat, ours is slow-smoked each day using hickory and other hardwoods between 12 and 14 hours to ensure tender, fall-off-the-bone goodness. Originally it was, I think, a McDonald's. Don't know when it went up Early 2000's opened as Pig Iron BBQ. I went there often. I moved to the other side of town so I don't know when it changed to current version.

I believe some of the sides may be gluten free, and while i dont think they'd advertise it, my money would be on the bbq being gluten free as well.
