This place is awesome! They have an excellent beer selection, as well as a great liquor stock. And the food is unique! They have outdoor seating with great views and it doesn't get too rowdy on game nights.

Good local place to grab a beer and meet friends for watching a game. Food is okay and beer selection can get a bit stale if you visit often. However, does have a good selection of locals and main stays.

Let me tell you something, their boneless wings are out of this world. While I’m normally a Blue Cheese kind of guy with my wings, I get the ranch here. Best ranch I’ve ever had. Seriously give me the recipe or let me buy it by the barrel full! Cocktails are good as well. My wife loves the Pain Reliever.

If you find yourself at Irish 31 ask for Brianna. She is on point in every aspect. She knows the menu and the bar. I will definitely come back.

The place has it's ups and downs. The wings are very good, as are the pretzel and boxty appetizers. The burgers are somehow amiss. The flavor is bland and the kitchen has a difficult time with proper temp, consistently overcooking the meat. There are some "common" Irish dishes on the menu that are passable. But the "31 whiskey" dishes are actually very well prepared. The salads are fantastic and the desserts are satisfactory. It's ok for the price.

It's a good pub, not a real Irish pub however.

Have been here 3 times now in the past 2 weeks. The shrimp wrap is tasty, large, and delicious, with sautéed shrimp, and veggies, and in a delicious sauce. It comes with their own freshly made potato chips, yummy. Also had the Whisky Chicken, which is two thin chicken breasts that are blackened with a kale "power" salad. Thought this dish was too salty for me, though the blackening was good. The kale salad needed some dressing, otherwise was very bland, though has fresh ingredients including sliced brussel sprouts. Service also great!

Good food, great service, good beverages. TVs loud though.

The barmaid was really friendly and helped us understand the Westchase environment. She even offered us free Ice teas. Great place to go and enjoy a drink

The BEST Reuben sandwich I've EVER had, is at this place. I've never been a thousand island dressing on a reuben kind if girl, but this place is my only exception. Everything we've tried on their menu has been fantastic. Their all day, every day $3 Irish red draft is spectacular! It's rapidly become one of our favorite places.
