Very interesting mix of Irish/German themes. This bar has separate rooms (an Irish and German side). When you walk in you are greeted by virtual reality simulators. The walls are covered in tvs and there are interactive golf stations as well as several video games in the back. We stopped in for a beer and food. There was an issue with my drink that was very quickly remedied by the waiter who was sympathetic and offered a quick solution. The egg roll appetizer was delicious with the dipping sauces. My prime rib sandwich was a lot of food and enough to split. The fries were cooked to perfection. The beers were a bit pricier than I prefer, around 7 each, but I'm assuming it's because the offerings are imports. Great spot if you're looking for indoor entertainment in a bar environment.

Corn beef and cabbage is awesome and so is the staff! Great place for business meeting / team building event. Sports simulators and games w/ a solid drink selection.

We just hosted our company Christmas party at Ireland’s Own last night. The venue was incredible! I had personally eaten at the restaurant for lunch a few times, and everything I’ve eaten has been fantastic. Based on those experiences, we chose them to host our company party. We had approximately 40 people at the party, and I heard compliment after compliment about the food and the venue overall. It is spacious and clean, and the entire staff on hand for our event was awesome! We chose Prime Rib and Shrimp and Grits for our main dishes, and they were superb! This is not just another “bar” with “bar food”, they have an in house chef who has created the menu and it’s recipes. Please do yourself a favor and check our Ireland’s Own for lunch, dinner, or a corporate event!!

Nice simple Irish/German menu. Nice beer selection. Been here 3 times and food, service, atmosphere and always timing is perfect. Nice job y'all!

The Jaeger schnitzel is the best thing I've tried on their menu. My family does love it. I'm not a huge fan of the mashed potatoes, and they refuse to sub any other veggies. They always recommend I order the regular schnitzel, but it isn't the same, which is highly disappointing. The mushroom gravy on the Jaeger schnitzel is what makes the dish good. The fries with the curry ketchup are delicious! The pretzels are also good, but pricey for what you actually get. The concept is neat, but I do feel like they really need to allow for substitution on plates.

It was a bit loud inside but we enjoyed the food. I had fish and chips and thought they were cooked perfectly.

Ireland and Germany meet at a pub. Food from both countries, drink from both countries. Live music. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. How can you go wrong

I stopped by after my sons LAX tournament. I ordered the rib eye and had a couple of Guinness. The steak was cooked perfectly. The owner Doug came to the table at the end of the meal and introduced himself. He gave us a tour of the establishment. He is an awesome person. If you want a quite meal this isn't the place to dine. If you want great food and a night of games and watching sports ...this is the place. I live in Myrtle Beach but I cannot wait to come back to Charleston to visit here again. Thank you Doug.

Great place to go and hangout for a beer or or food and games with family. I give it a 5 plus stars because the staff is very friendly and right on point... :)

Fun place. Big crowd. Great game room and scads of TVs. Sports fan dream! Huge beer selection! Don't know why it is called Irish because there wasn't much going on to indicate that.

Wow! Great food and an incredible place to watch any game.. Our family was visiting for the weekend and the service and food was great. The bar also has 2 sides, one quieter to accommodate families. My kids loved it! We felt very welcomed & I'd highly recommend this place for food, drinks, atmosphere, & most of all the service!

This place is pretty cool. Great beer menu, decent food menu. The split personality design is a bit odd. I think the whole place being more open with a huge wrap-around bar in the middle would be better.

Have eaten there twice this week!Have had the corn beef and cabbage egg rolls, the onion straws, the calamari and the fish and chips!! EVERYTHING was excellent!!!Our server Chris (this evening) is amazing!!! Did not catch the young ladies name (sorry) earlier this week but she was good as well!! There were 8 of us ladies at a table in the front kinda private room!! Two managers came by and checked on us this evening!!!Way to go!! We will be back....again!!!!

Went with friends for happy hour and dinner. Service was great and food was all perfectly prepared . Will definitely return

I had no idea this place was here and so close to where I work, and live. Highly recommend! Really fun place and amazingly friendly staff. Great food. Had the calamari. Doug must be doing something really right, as I also visited his other place and was equally impressed.
