Yes they have valet but its pretty expensive. We used spot hero and got a spot around the corner for 40 bucks for all three days we were there.

I'm not sure if you can do the check in at that hour. You should send a message to the hotel just to ask.

They accepted our Visa Debit card. You may wish to call the front desk to verify though.
