Lots of things to do and see. Not just any mall but an art space, event space, a building dedicated to breweries including the first NY based sake joint that's better than the Japanese stuff, a Mediterranean market, a better than average food court, excellent coffee and pastries, a mini skating rink for the tots open on weekends and so so much more. All with views of the water- if you go to the end of the buildings. Interesting park space on the campus. I love it. Now if they don't gentrify the rest of Sunset Park, this would be perfect.

A neat old factory/warehouse district coming back to life! We mostly walked around, grabbed some chocolate from Li-Lac's (yummmmmm). Looking forward to going back again when we need to get some home goods, some lunch and some gourmet groceries!

Great developing area with a wonderful Japanese food court/market as well as a Beer Brewery, and Sake Brewery... Lots of places to enjoy the outdoors or in company of friends to grap drinks, food, games and other activities. Shopping for gift ideas or indulging in chocolates... Early morning Yoga or evening Dance parties... Great for families and young children too.

A lot of nice shops here. Some are a bit pricey and some aren't. An excellent place to take an afternoon shopping, having some artisan coffee and enjoying the waterfront.

Such a great area with so many restaraunt and businesses to explore. You can spend a whole day and still not have a chance to see everything. Parking is most definitely an issue and can be expensive if you plan on staying in this area long, but to some people it is worth it!

It feels like you are in a different city. The mall was quiet and very clean. LOVE the food.

Nice place to walk around. They even have a section for kids. Arcade, ice skating. We ate at the bbq place and the food was really good.

You probably haven't heard of this place yet. It is very underground. That makes it really cool. You can bring your camera here and take a lot of ironic photos. It's a good people watching place. It's also kid-friendly

This place is pretty cool... but it seems empty. There's lots of small bars and shops on the ground floor, but with this much space I feel like there should be more here? Why they don't just rent out the top floor to call-centers is beyond me. At least then there'd be a constant stream of people in Industry City. Right now it feels like a ghost town.

Industry City has become a booming little shopping center! With lots of restaurants to boot! I especially love Japan Village, which isnt too far from the Costco over there. I came here a few months with my friends and brother. We enjoyed it! Will be coming back here to see what other places I missed.

Loved walking around here with my bf! But since it was after the holidays (Christmas and New Years) some of the arts were already taken down

Questions & Answers

I'm so sorry.. I don't know. But I do know that entrances are all paved ramps and there are large elevators to travel between floors.

I believe so but not 100% sure. Try looking up that information online or try calling them and ask.

There is metered parking under the highway, as well as a paid outdoor parking garage at $20 a day at the end of 220 36th street as well as free street parking...if you can find a spot.

Nope sorry

Netizen, what you said may exist. The second floor of a building near the post office is the Management Center (Management Office) of the Industry City. It is clear to ask the management staff.

Industry City is between 33rd and 39th Streets, with large parking lots on 33rd and 39th Streets. Along the bottom of Highway 278, there is a parking lot.

NYC. Gov has info. I drove. Or take the train.

Yes it's free, but they also have exhibits that you may have to pay for. it's very nice place you can have a nice picnic there in the summer they have a nice green turf lawn. during the Summers on Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoons I believe they have salsa dancing to with a live band and it's free you have to pay for your drinks or you can bring you around just be discreet. Hope this was helpful

Go to japan village thats it . Really nice good bears and ramen.
