Insomnia Cookies

Awesome cookies! Made sure you understand what you are ordering before you make your order. I ordered a cookie ice cream sandwich with two of their deluxe style cookies thinking they were the normal cookies. They are about 50 percent larger that the normal ones so that ice cream sandwich was HUGE. Worth going to though if you find yourself near one, it won't disappoint.

Cookies were great, workers good. Had to break up a fight between a homeless guy and a patron because the cookies the patron bought the homeless guy weren’t enough. Would have been fine any other night but this happened after dealing with my car being towed earlier in the night. Anyways Five Points sucks at 1 am go somewhere else

I loved my cookies. I got the Peanut Butter Chunk. The warm gooeyness warmed my soul. It was phenomenal, awesome, outstanding, delicious, a piece of heaven in my mouth. I wish they delivered to me at 3 AM put I live a bit far. Thats ok its worth the drive. Oh, i got ice cream too... 1 cookie and a small cup of ice cream with a water.

The ice cream seemed freezer burnt. The taste was not good at all from 2 different flavors. However, I was impressed with the chocolate chunk cookie sandwich with icing in the middle. The customer service was poor. They weren't friendly at all so that was a big disappointment. 1st and probably last time going to Insomnia Cookies.

This place is terrible. The cookies taste stale and the staff all smoke cigarettes so when you walk out your cookies and clothing smells like cigarette smoke. I hope the health department give them some nicotine patches.

The cookies were fresh and warm making them ooey gooey and delicious. They also sell milk (1%, 2%, skim, etc) that pairs perfectly with the cookies. The staff was really friendly and patient while we were deciding what we wanted. My only issue with it and the reason Im giving it 4*s is because of the location. Its not in a terrible area but the parking area for the shop behind the building is not a particularly safe feeling place especially at night.All in all the shop is fantastic but the parking area is less than desirable.

Nom nom nom! Cookies were so yummy and with the ice cream I was so happy. I love slightly undercooked cookies. I just hope you're not wanting to eat there when they are busy. They only have 4 bar stool seats.

Great icream sandwich cookies. Big portions and lots of ice cream.😁😁. Drinks are kind of hight though. A bottle of water was like 2.69. But other than that, I really enjoyed it.

This was my first ordering and the online process was easy and delivery was fast. I had the double chocolate chunk cookies and the m&m's cookies with milk. The double chocolate chip cookies were amazing and worthy of another purchase. The m&m's cookies were good not super great but still Good.

The cookies and ice cream were excellent. The manager’s behavior was very disappointing. The way she treated an employee who obviously was being trained was belittling and degrading to the point that I had to speak up. The way she treated me when I spoke up was no better than how she treated the the young man being trained. Although the cookies and ice cream were excellent I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.
